How can I check if my message was read?

There are two possible ways:

 

1. In your mailbox at https://www.click4.co.il/mailbox/index, in the contact list next to each user displayed what was the last action. The action can be either you sent some type of message or you received a message. You will see an envelope next to the text. If the envelope is closed, the message has not been read yet; if it is open, it is read.

 

2. On the page of correspondence with the user. If you see an open envelope next to your message - the message has been read, if closed - the message has not been read yet.
